Cherry Wood is pleased to announce that Joe Wolter will join us again to share more of his wisdom.
Joe's kind and subtle approach gave last year’s riders new tools upon which to build a stronger bond with their horses. Whether it was knowledge gained in the saddle or insights gleaned around the evening campfire, riders of all levels came away from the experience with new abilities and fresh perspectives on the horse/human relationship.
Join us again in 2012 when Joe will offer a special 3-day combined horsemanship/cow working clinic. Ride one horse for the entire clinic, or bring a couple and switch off. Cost to ride in this unique event is $450, with a deposit of one half required to hold your spot. Cattle fee will depend on the number of riders. Spectator fee is $30 per day for non-riders.
Participants may camp or stay in their own trailers at no charge. Bring your own hay, water buckets and manure forks, and horses stay free, too. Teepees are available at a reduced rate (no meals). Contact us for more information on the clinic and accommodations.
