As you can tell, in addition to all things wine and equine, Innkeeper Pepper Fewel also has a
passion for cooking.
Swedish pancakes with lingonberry butter, spicy herbed
eggs and stuffed crepes with cherry sauce, are still more of her breakfast
offerings.
“I’ve been able to combine all the things I love” says Pepper, “good
horses, fine wines, great food, interesting people and fun adventures. What can be more exciting than
that?”
